Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Processing and Production Time
Ready-Made / Retail Items: Standard in-stock products are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
Custom & Bulk Institutional Orders: Custom tailoring, school contracts, and bulk corporate orders require customized production timelines. The exact production duration will be specified in your initial quotation or service agreement.
2. Shipping Destinations
We offer reliable shipping solutions across the UAE and globally:
Local Delivery (Within UAE): Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.
International Shipping: International delivery timelines vary between 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
For bulk institutional or corporate orders, shipping and handling logistics costs will be explicitly outlined in your wholesale invoice.
Customs Duties & Taxes: For international orders, any destination import duties, custom clearances, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Tracking
Once your shipment leaves our distribution center, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique Tracking Number and a link to trace your package in real-time.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Custom, Tailored & Branded Bulk Orders
All sales are final for customized uniforms, items featuring embroidered/printed logos, or custom-measured apparel.
We committed production assets and raw materials immediately upon order confirmation. Therefore, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or a variance from your approved design matrix.
2. Ready-Made & Standard Retail Items
For non-customized, off-the-shelf items, we offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
It must retain all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be presented.
3. Defective or Damaged Shipments
If you receive an incorrect size batch, an unapproved design, or a structurally defective item due to a manufacturing error:
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Provide your order number along with clear photos of the defect or discrepancy.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement manufacturing run or issue a full corrective credit at no additional cost to you.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs for standard exchanges or mind-change returns.
Shipping fees from the original order are strictly non-refundable.
